Critical Illness Cover is also available for your spouse/partner.

This benefit makes sure that you will be covered financially if an illness or injury means you are unable to work for a long period of time. Subject to eligibility, it ensures that you will receive a percentage of your salary each month, helping you to keep on top of your finances.

Life Assurance

This ‘peace of mind’ benefit would provide your beneficiaries with a one off, tax-free lump sum payment should you pass away whilst in employment here. You are also able to select Life Assurance for your spouse/partner.

Our flexible scheme assists employees in paying for childcare by making tax efficient savings through salary sacrifice, in exchange for vouchers to contribute towards the cost of childcare.

The childcare voucher scheme is now closed to new entrants following the introduction of the government’s Tax-Free Childcare. Only existing Care-4 members, or those who have had a payment in the last 52 weeks can continue to participate in the scheme.
